Jared Padalecki and Nathaniel Marten - Supernatural S03 E15 (Time Is On My Side)

A Jogger (Nathaniel) and then Sam are captured by a Doctor who is making himself immortal by harvesting body parts off others. He takes the Heart from the Jogger (I have capped up to the part just before this happens) and is about to take Sam's eyes. Hence the tape to keep them open.
