Jared Padalecki - Supernatural S03 E13 (Ghostfacers)

Sam is kidnapped by a ghost. The scenes are being filmed by camcorders and helmet cams (for a webshow). The very goodlooking Corbett (played by Dustin Milligan) is also tied up but you don't see this until after he has been (sadly) killed. I have not capped these as I prefer the captives to be alive! I'm not overly keen on characters being killed off to be honest, especially gorgeous guys like Dustin (more details on him here http://www.imdb.com/name/nm1682420/)
