In an effort to detox Sam from his addiction to Demon blood he is locked in a panic room where he hallucinates he is being tortured (here with the chin strap that could so easily have been a proper gag). He also has a seizure (hence the belt) and then is chained to a bed. A veritable feast of Jared bondage!
